How often do you come?
Our standard schedule is 18 visits per year. That’s twice per month in spring and summer, and once per month in winter. If you need more frequent visits, we can arrange that.
What’s included in maintenance visits?
Depending on your garden, visits can include mowing, hedging, selective pruning, irrigation checks, pest and weed control, and fertilising.
Do you offer after-care support after a build?
Yes. After handover, you’ll receive practical guides to help you maintain new lawns and garden areas, plus advice on looking after hardscape features and drainage systems.
Can you schedule seasonal extras?
Yes. Services like mulching, lawn coring and top dressing, transplanting, and new planting can be scheduled in as needed throughout the year.
Is maintenance available for new clients, or only previous projects?
