Acreage Transformation

A large acreage landscape designed and built over a 9 month period. The project rolled out in stages, starting with the new pool area, then moving through the half basketball court, major lawn zones, gardens, pathways, retaining, and a fire pit area. The end result is a property with clear zones, easy flow, and a mix of structured hardscape and softer planting that suits the scale of the site.
THE BRIEF:
Design and build a complete landscape across a 1+ acre property
Create practical lifestyle zones (pool, court, lawns, fire pit) that feel connected
Balance open lawn space with layered gardens for texture and privacy
Include irrigation and lighting so the landscape stays strong long-term
