Swim Spa Terrace

A backyard renovation and the installation of a swim/spa, designed and constructed by us.. We created a clean, durable platform with composite decking and glass balustrade, then softened the space with native gardens and lawn below.

THE BRIEF:

Create a stable, engineered base for a new swim spa and finish the area with a clean, low-maintenance deck and balustrade. The space also needed better access between levels, plus an outdoor shower and a softer garden and lawn area below to compliment the structural elements.

WHAT WE DELIVERED:

Engineered concrete slab and block retaining wall to form the swim spa platform
Composite decking to wrap the spa surrounds for a clean, low-maintenance finish
Glass balustrade for safety without blocking light or views
Outdoor shower added near the spa
Steps linking down into the lower lawn and garden areas
Native garden planting and lawn installation to finish the space and soften edges
