Waterfront Reset
LOCATION:
Mermaid Waters
A full outdoor refresh for a waterfront home, built around the pool area and a new entertaining area by the water. Clean lines, warm timber, and layered planting to soften the hardscape and add privacy where it mattered.
THE BRIEF:
Create a more private, secure frontage and upgrade the backyard so it feels like one connected space from the front entry through to the waterfront. The key was better access between levels, more usable lawn and garden areas, and finishes that suit the modern home.
WHAT WE DELIVERED:
Designed and built a new front privacy boundary wall with secure pedestrian and driveway gates
Levelled and prepared the waterfront zone for entertaining
Built a feature cypress pergola and paved entertaining area by the water
Installed cut sandstone steps to connect the lower level to the pool and house level
Retiled pool surrounds and coping and added new pool and step handrails
Added new turf and garden zones, plus irrigation, lighting, and finishing details throughout
Created a side access path with bluestone steppers that links to a tucked away “secret garden” at the entry
