What Will You Do?

As a team member, you'll execute landscape construction projects from start to finish. Working closely with clients, design teams, and construction professionals, you'll ensure successful implementation of landscape plans. Your tasks will include:

1. Excavation and site preparation.
2. Installation of hardscapes, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
3. Construction of custom features, such as water features, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
4. Planting and installation of irrigation systems.
5. Ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
6. Collaborating with the team to problem-solve and find innovative solutions.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek an experienced, motivated individual passionate about landscape construction, ideally with:

1. Proven experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
2. Strong technical skills: Proficiency in operating landscape construction equipment and tools.
3. Knowledgeable: Familiarity with materials, plants, irrigation systems, and construction techniques.
4. Attention to detail: Keen eye for precision and ability to bring aesthetic visions to life.
5. Problem-solving mindset: Problem-solving skills and ability to find practical solutions on-site.
6. Team player: Collaborative nature and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
7. Strong work ethic: Dedication to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
